funcExplorer is a public web tool for clustering and interpreting gene expression data.

The tool is designed to extract the most significant biological features of a dataset that a user can choose from our publicly available data selection or upload him/herself.

Explore the examples of GTEx, breast cancer, Arabidopsis thaliana protoplasts, yeast transcriptome profiles that we have used as examples in our publication (PDF).

NOTE: You are in the user page!

We keep the results by default for 365 days, but on request we are able to keep the data for extended period of time.
